Allison feels that being Miss Red Rose City's Outstanding Teen is a terrific way to share her vision of helping our furry friends find forever homes. By connecting families with pet shelters and rescues, She can bring awareness to the need of so many animals who are looking for a second (or more) chance of finding a forever home. As Miss Red Rose City's Outstanding Teen, she plans to travel Lancaster's pet rescues and animal shelters, interview shelter managers, and bring attention to the struggles of our forgotten pets. Sharing what she has learned on social media is very important to her platform. She can continue bringing awareness of those forgotten and overlooked pets by continuing to showcase them as my "Pet of the Week" in hopes they find a fur-ever home fast. Also, on her website, www.HappyTailsPetAdoption.com, people looking to adopt a pet can find shelters, listed by county, to make their experience of looking for that paw-fect pet even easier!

As Miss Red Rose City's Outstanding Teen, Allison would have the opportunity to change the future of an entire generation and future generations by getting children and adults to understand why these animals are in a shelter. She leaves an impact with every shelter she visits because of her happiness, love, and enthusiasm to help animals. She wants to be known as the queen who is passionate and inspiring for her platform and people around her every day.
