Marketing Plan: When people donate their time or money to an organization, they want to know how the organization is going to benefit and make a change in the community. The Miss Lancaster County’s Outstanding Teen Organization gives girls the perfect avenue to build the self-confidence that is crucial to go out in the world and make changes for the better. It teaches young women to not be afraid, and strive to be the most generous, selfless, and yet strong woman they can be. It teaches us to be proud of who we are and what we believe, and to use that. As Miss Lancaster County’s Outstanding Teen, I would need people to know that; it’s more than girls walking in heels; it’s a platform to change the world.

Legacy: I would like to be remembered as the Miss Lancaster County’s Outstanding Teen who advocated and inspired others to advocate for people’s rights, promoted inclusion, and contributed to people living their lives freely and with equality.

How do I feel about becoming Miss Lancaster County’s Outstanding Teen 2020: I am honored to be Miss Lancaster County’s Outstanding Teen 2019. I have a passion for public speaking, dancing, and making people smile. But, more than anything, I am thrilled to learn. A year as Miss Lancaster County’s Outstanding Teen is the most amazing opportunity to develop my speaking skills and learn about the world around me and how I can make a difference in it. I would like to use this as a platform to encourage inclusivity. I would also love to represent this organization; I have been watching these pageants since I was a little girl, and as cliché as it sounds, it would be so amazing to be that woman on that stage.
